Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at 6PM-Superintendent Ambrose will present the budget to the School Board.
Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at 6PM-Joint Board meeting with the Budget Committee to review questions and answers of Administrators.
Thursday, November 30, 2017 at 6PM-Meeting hosted by the Budget Committee to review details and answer questions. Administrators in attendance.

Thursday, Oct 12- Meeting to review Budget Process with Michele Croteau, Business Administrator 7 PM
Wednesday, Nov 1 – Joint meeting with School Board for Budget Presentation 6 PM, hosted by School Board Leadership Team present
Tuesday, Nov 7- General Budget Questions about Elementary Schools, Middle School, Athletics and Technology as well as Replacement Plans due to Chair, to the Administration on Nov 8 for answers on Nov 15
Thursday, Nov 9- Meeting? if BudCom members want - No Administrators present
Wednesday, Nov 15- Joint meeting with School Board on Q & A with Leadership of Elementary and Middle Schools, Athletics and Technology Administrators, Curriculum Coordinator, Business Administrator and Superintendent, 6 PM
Sunday, Nov 19 – BudCom members will submit questions to Chair about High School, Special Education and Facilities, District- Wide Questions, to the Administration on Nov 20
Thursday, Nov 30 – Joint Meeting with School Board, hosted by Budget Committee, with answers on those questions. High School Principals and Vice-Principals, Special Education Coordinator, Curriculum Coordinator, Facilities Director to attend. 6 PM
Wednesday, Dec 6- School Board to Vote on Budget Recommendation for Budget Committee
Thursday, Dec 7 – Budget Committee will prepare Budget proposal together, by each department.
Dec 14- Budget Committee will finalize budget recommendation if meeting needed.
Dec 20 – School Board votes on Budget Proposal
Dec 21- Budget Committee will invite School Board to confer if there is disagreement on the Budget proposal
Jan 4- Budget Committee will meet to finalize Public Hearing presentation and supporting documents
Jan 11- Public Hearing
Jan 18 – Meeting to finalize budget and vote on warrant articles. Proposed budget goes to School Board.
Feb 7 (8) - Deliberative Session; Budget Committee votes on final budget
Mar 13- Second Session
