The Sanborn Regional School District Central Office is looking for a full-time Human Resource Coordinator to support management-level staff and perform a variety of tasks related to employee record keeping. The position handles sensitive employee and company information, which requires that they maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality with the ability to meet tight deadlines, perform multiple tasks and work under pressure, demonstrate teamwork and customer service skills.
Experience in HR personnel and benefits in a school district central office desired.
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for entering and updating employee information into company databases, explaining company policies and procedures to employees, essential recruitment tasks, including posting job openings, calling candidates and scheduling interviews, preparing employment packages and contracts, handling benefits information and processing paperwork.
